The origin project. A Sri Lanka tour company built with partner Adhi on the Next.js and Sanity stack, with an AI assistant embedded on the site to answer visitor questions and capture bookings — routed through n8n automation into a live customer pipeline. This is where the command centre pattern, the AI content workflow, and the decision discipline were first assembled — before there was a method to teach. Still active. Still trading.
